This is episode 187 of You, Me, and BTC – your liberty and Bitcoin podcast.

TRIGGER WARNING: In the post below, I refer to the Bitcoin with more hashing power as the original Bitcoin. It's the one that adopted SegWit and currently trades at over $3,000. I hope that triggers you.

So. We've been forked for a week and (the original) Bitcoin has done nothing but soar. Now what?

Have we finally emerged from the fiery furnaces of debate and conflict? Has Bitcoin walked the hot coals to become a real, mature crypto, ready to take on the world? Does Bitcoin Cash still stand a chance to dethrone the original Bitcoin? What does this week's SegWit lock-in mean for the two Bitcoins?

Good questions. We'll do our best to talk through all that and more tonight.

Then later in the show, we'll play a talk radio interview that I (Daniel) did on Trending Today USA. Host Ernie Brown asked me all about what Bitcoin is, where it came from, where it's going, and more. And it's not a Bitcoin radio show, so I had to try to explain everything without sounding too confusing.

Tim and Zack will almost certainly berate my efforts for your pleasure, so you do NOT want to miss this.

Tune in at tonight 9PM Eastern and check the list below for some of the specific stories we'll cover!
