Legal Pressures Continue. Will ICO Madness Finally End? – YMB Podcast E204

This is episode 204 of You, Me, and BTC – your liberty and Bitcoin podcast. We know it's not Thursday, but we're making up for the episode we skipped on Thanksgiving.

ICOs are (still) going hard. Fundraisers dump loads of cash into marketing so they can attempt to grab our attention on Facebook, Twitter, and everywhere else (including here on YMB). Some campaigns have successfully raised hundreds of millions of dollars, only to accomplish virtually nothing.

But lawyers and legislators are also ramping up their games. We covered an ICO warning from the SEC several months ago, but that could be nothing compared to what's coming. Will the ICO craze finally crumble under the long arm of the law? We'll share our thoughts during this episode.

Then later in the show, we'll spend some time chatting about the spiking Bgold and Bcash prices. Catch the livestream tonight at 9PM Eastern and check the list below for some of the specific stories we'll cover!
