This is episode 245 of You, Me, and BTC – your liberty and Bitcoin podcast.
First up today, we have a special guest from ContentBox. Dr. Xiaohui Liu is the project's Chief Scientist and he's here to share how his team hopes to revitalize digital content. Right now, most digital content (video in particular) is controlled, used, and abused by giants like Google and Spotify. We even use YouTube for this very podcast and often wish we didn't have to. ContentBox plans to help people escape those clutches with blockchain.
Then later in the show, we'll cover some remarks from everyone's favorite Russian president. Vladimir Putin recently hosted a nationwide AMA and got a few good questions about cryptocurrency. Among other things, he noted that Russia would never have it's own cryptocurrency because it's just not possible. He essentially said that crypto doesn't care about borders, which is surprisingly accurate.
It's gonna be a crazy night! Check the list below for some links and catch the livestream at 9PM Eastern.
