This is episode 232 of You, Me, and BTC – your liberty and Bitcoin podcast. It's been a wild week. There's so much to cover and we'll get right to it.
First of all, the Bitcoin price crumbled a bit recently. It's probably due to an SEC announcement suggesting that crypto exchanges will have to register. Papers please!
Also this week, Twitter shut down @Bitcoin for awhile. The Bcash account was probably deemed to have been impersonating a Bitcoin account and it's hilarious.
AsicBoost is back in the news again since SlushPool just decided to support it. Some people say it's an attack on Bitcoin, but isn't it fair if everyone can use the same exploit? This story will likely require a fun discussion about patent law as well.
Coinbase has an index fund now. But does anyone really care?
And to top it all off, we have another special guest host with us this week, TrollCoin the Blockchain Troll. He'll help us chill out tonight and make fun of all the news.
Check the list below for some of the specific stories we'll cover and catch the livestream tonight at 9PM Eastern. See you soon!
